Paul D. Fortune

                PLAIN CITY– Paul D. Fortune, 83, died Wednesday July 5, 2017 at Madison Health in London.

                He was born November 4, 1933 in Layland to Harold C. and Beulah E. (Sampsel) Fortune. He served in the U.S Air Force during the Korean Conflict from 1951 to 1955, worked for Ranco Inc. for 38 years, and he enjoyed playing euchre.

                Paul is survived by many cousins including Virginia Riggenbach of Canton, Garnet Schonauer of Killbuck, and Helen Lamb of Wilmot, Joe Neville of Wisconsin, and Paul Neville of California, also his friend Sandra Queen, and several nieces and nephews.  

                He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Gary, 5 brothers; Paul, Ray, Harold, Derald, and Gerald, a sister Colleen.

                A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 8 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Burial, with military honors conducted by the Coshocton County Veterans Council Honor Guard, will follow in Shepler Cemetery on Mill Creek Township Road 127 north of Keene.
