Tommy M. Cullison

March 20, 1942 ~ April 23, 2008 (age 66) 66 Years Old

Warsaw- Tommy Marie (Drum) Cullison of Warsaw died Wednesday morning, April 23 after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was surrounded by her loving family and now rests in the arms of her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Tommy was born March 20, 1942 in Circleville, Ohio to the late Thomas J. and Marie (Richey) Drum. She graduated Fayetteville High School in 1960 and worked at American Playing Card Company in Cincinnati for four years. In 1964 she moved to Coshocton and worked at Pretty Products Company.

She is sadly missed by her husband, Larry Cullison, whom she married on August 20, 1966 at Sacred Heart Church in Coshocton where they were active members. She taught in the Parish School of Religion program at Sacred Heart for three years.

Tommy retired from JII Sales Promotions (formerly Shaw-Barton) in 2001 after eighteen years in Camera and School Book Departments. She loved people and rarely knew a stranger. She especially loved caring for her family and enjoyed reading, needle-point, and traveling.

She was a "stay-at-home" Mom while the children grew up and, prior to working at Shaw-Barton, sold Avon Products and served as Village Clerk for Warsaw during the water/sewer installation project in 1977-78.

She was a past matron of Warsaw Chapter #409 OES and worked as an EMT with Warsaw Emergency Squad for a time.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Monti Lynn (Tony) Shalosky of Warsaw; David Cullison of Columbus; James (Cheryl) Cullison of Hilliard; and her Mother-in-law June Cullison of Warsaw. Also sisters Betty (Bill) Tomey of Coshocton; Esther Ann (Don) Calier of Batavia, Ohio; Michele (Jim) Dawson of Anchorage, Alaska; brothers John (Eithel) Drum of Port Clinton, Ohio; and Jim (Deanna) of Nokomis, Florida. She is also survived by three grand-children and numerous brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Funeral mass will be said 10:30am Saturday, April 26 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton with Rev. William A. Hritsko officiating. Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery at Warsaw.
