WARSAW – Addy Anne Snyder, 8 months old, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at the Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital.
On July 6, 2012, God sent a special angel to earth when Addy Anne Snyder was born to Patrick and Stephanie (Lapp) Snyder. However, He could only spare to have her away from heaven for a very short time. On March 26, she was called back to heaven.
In her short time here on earth she touched many people's lives who will hold her in their hearts forever. Addy always had a smile on her face. She was an organ donor and her kidneys went to a recipient in Massachusetts. The family encourages everyone to wear their AddySTRONG shirts to calling hours and the service.
