Mount Vernon, OH – Alma Maxine (Morton) Reese, 79, died Wednesday April 2, 2008 at The Laurels.
She was born April 10, 1928 in Charleston, WV to the late Walter H. and Sarah Louise (Dorsey) Morton. She was a member of the Mulberry St. Methodist Church.
She is survived by two brothers; Oliver Morton of Mount Vernon, and Fred Morton of Florida, a sister; Harriet Calvert of Kentucky, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers; Roscoe, Wilford R., and Walter J. Morton, and sisters; Loraine Matthews, Jacqueline Oakes, and Margaret Caruthers.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens in Cross Lanes, WV.
