Alvoide J. Williams

Danville – Alvoide J. Williams, 81, died Monday September 3, 2018 at his residence.

He was born in Waynesville, NC on March 24, 1937. He was the son of Oval and Ona (Watson) Williams. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Alvoide is survived by his children; Irene S. Kiss of Stuttgard, Germany, Susan Breckler of Danville, James Bachman Williams of North Dakota, Mary Jo Hensley of Fletcher, NC, and Carol F. Miller of newark, brothers, Mike Thompson and Doyle Williams of North Carolina, his sister, Susan of Florida, several grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Mariachen Langkau of Wildberg, Germany.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Sue Williams.

There will be no services. Interment will take place in Ashville, NC. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling arrangements.
