Mt. Vernon- Anita Lynn Walton, 42, of Mt. Vernon, died Monday, October 4, 2010 at her parent's home.
She was born July 10, 1968 in Williamsport, PA to Peter and Mary Jo (Pennella) Kohl. Anita had a great love for life. She loved her two cats and her two dogs, and was very generous, always helping out a friend in need. She will be deeply and sadly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents; Peter & Mary Jo Kohl of Danville, a son, Daniel Evan Walton of Mt. Vernon, and a daughter, Amanda Joa Walton of Mt. Vernon, a sister, Tina Marie Wagner of Myerstown, PA, two nephews; Jimmy & Christopher Wagner, and her grandmother, Martha B. Kohl of Harrisburg, PA.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery. Calling hours are from 11:00-1:00 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville.
