Avery Wayne Neff

MANSFIELD- Avery Wayne Neff, 6 weeks old, passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 at Akron Children’s Hospital.

He was born Aug. 30, 2024 to Quintin Neff & Makayla Brown of Mansfield. From his parents, “You were entirely too precious for this world. Our sweet boy fought until the very end, after 6 weeks of overcoming every obstacle thrown his way, his little body couldn’t take anymore. Avery, you are loved beyond measure by our family and our amazing NICU nurses. You have left an incredible void in our hearts.”

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Melissa & Mitch Legros, Annette Francis, and Larry Dillon; several aunts & uncles, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by two great-grandfathers, Carles Brown, Sr., and Wayne Dillon; and a great-great-uncle, Avery Brown.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is assisting Avery’s family.
