Warsaw- Carolyn Sue Strange, 59, of TR 444, died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born Feb. 12, 1950 in Urbana to Donald Earl and Ollidean (Burch) Barnett. She was a graduate of River View High School, and a former employee of Ansell-Edmont in Coshocton. She attended the Christian Gathering Church. She loved her children and grandchildren very much.
She is survived by her mother, Ollidean Ridenbaugh of Warsaw, her husband, Trandal Strange of Warsaw, whom she married Oct. 18, 1975, three children; Randy Strange of Coshocton, Selina (Kevin) Dent of Bland, VA, and Stephen Strange of Warsaw, four sisters and three brothers; Joyce (Tim) Longstreth of Warsaw, Linda (Chuck) Kirby of Massillon, Marvin (Sarah) Barnett of Warsaw, Sherry Border of Coshocton, Alan Barnett of Warsaw, Cindy Proudfit of Warsaw, and Earl Jeff Barnett of Coshocton, and seven grandchildren; Shai, Randal Stephen, Abby Marie, and Christopher Michael Strange, Callie Sue & Christian Andrew Dent, and Natalie Payge Strange.
She is preceded in death by her father, two brothers; Richard Barnett and infant Forrest Barnett, and an infant step-sister, Helen Asire.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 18, 2009 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Sharon Kirch officiating. Interment will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Calling hours are from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday.
