Howard - Carroll L. Richert, 65, passed away January 23, 2009 in Clearwater, FL.
He was born April 19, 1943 in Knox County to the late Gail and Eleanor Richert. He was a truck driver most of his life, and was President of C.L. Richert Trucking Co. Inc. of Mount Vernon. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Jelloway.
Carroll is survived by his wife, Wilma, whom he married September 11, 1960. He is also survived by sons Donnie and Ronnie of Howard, a granddaughter, Alexis and a grandson, Gavin, brothers, Clair (Jo Anne) Richert, Lowell (Shirlie) Richert, and a sister, Mary (John) Loyd all of Danville.
Calling hours and memorial will be Saturday February 7, 2009 from 4- 7:00 P.M. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville.
