Connie Sue (Strawser) Cossu

WARSAW- Connie Sue (Strawser) Cossu, 70, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.

She was born March 29, 1950 in Logan, WV to the late Earl and Catherine (DeWitt) Strawser. She married Gary Anthony “Tony” Cossu on Oct. 30, 1985, who preceded her in death on Jan. 10th of this year. She enjoyed being with family, especially going on car rides, and watching her grandkids play sports. She was a wonderful mother & grandmother and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her children, Melissa Williamson and Dale (Erica) Williamson, both of Warsaw; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jackie (Darrell) Langford of Newbury, Mary Lou (Larry) Paul of LaGrange, and Sharon Strawser (Denny Palmer) of Cleveland; and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2021 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. until service time. Capacity is limited and face coverings are required of all guests.
