Coralie Reiheld

November 4, 1945 — February 2, 2017

DANVILLE- Coralie Ann (Lauderbaugh) Reiheld, 71, passed on to her heavenly home on Feb. 2, 2017 at the Colonial Manor Health Care Center in Loudonville.
She was born Nov. 4, 1945 in Mt. Vernon to the late H. Guy and Thelma M. (Young) Lauderbaugh. She was a lifetime member of the North Bend Church of the Brethren, where on June 28, 1964 she married her husband of 52 years, William P. Reiheld, who survives. Together they raised two sons, William D. (Krys) Reiheld, and Joseph C. (Katie) Reiheld, who blessed them with six grandchildren whom she adored: Tristan, Taylor, Nathan, Brandon, Justin, and Kailyn.
Coralie was a graduate of the Danville High School Class of 1964. She worked part time at Fish’s Greenhouse in Danville after school hours which nurtured her love of flowers and gardening. She often stated pulling a weed was therapy for her. She could make a wilting flower look beautiful. After raising their family, Coralie joined the workforce at the former Dale’s Cardinal Market in Danville, and eventually started a longer career at Mansfield Pottery in Perrysville, retiring in 2008.
Coralie is also survived by her brothers and sisters, John D. (Dolores) Lauderbaugh and Jean (Bill) Pope, both of Florida, Joy Parr, Larry (Betty) Lauderbaugh, and Sue (Woody) Strouse, all of Danville; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donna Smetzer, Joyce (Jim) Croskey, Dick (Shirley) Reiheld, Bob (Cindy) Reiheld, Chuck (Billie Sue) Reiheld, and Pat (James “Skeeter”) Martin. She was blessed with many, many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Bill Parr and Jim Smetzer.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017 at the North Bend Church of the Brethren, with Pastor Patrick Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the North Bend Church Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to service time at the church.
