CANAL LEWISVILLE- Crystal Lavern Richardson, 77, of West Canal St., died Saturday April 21, 2012 at Coshocton Co. Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1934 in Sioux City, IA to the late Walter and Bertha (Lamb) Stoller. She was a graduate of East High School in Sioux City, IA. She married Forrest Dean Richardson on July 19, 1957, who preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 2000. She was an employee of I.A.C. for 5 years, sewing car mats, and she worked at Edmont's for 21 years. She was a member of the Uhrichsville Moose Lodge. She loved to sew and crochet, travel, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Yvonne L. Richardson of Canal Lewisville, four sons; Forrest W. (Debbie) Richardson of Glenford, R. Scott Richardson of Jackson, Terry Richardson of Warsaw, and Todd D. Richardson of Jackson, nine grandchildren; Stephon, Jon, Ainsley, Shawna, Kody, Mackenzie, Hayley, Daniel, and Jennifer, four great-grandchildren, three sisters, Brenda (Dale) Olson & Sheryl (Jim) Olson both of Sioux City, IA, and Vicky (Randy) Madsen of Onawa, IA, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Carla Sue Richardson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday April 24, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Rev. James Macdonald officiating. Burial will follow in Canal Lewisville Cemetery. Calling hours are from 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
