David W. Weese

      COSHOCTON- David Wayne Weese, 60, died Monday, August 4, 2025 at his residence.

      He was born June 30, 1965 in Mt. Vernon to the late William J. and Glenice Mary (Scott) Weese. He married Sabrena L. (Smith) Weese on July 14, 1989, who preceded him in death May 7, 2022. He was an employee of Kno-Ho-Co for nearly 30 years.

      Dave loved tinkering with things, and he could be stubborn at times, but only because he liked to do things his way. More than anything, his children and grandchildren were his pride and joy.

      He is survived by three children, Crystal (John) Gallagher of Warsaw, Amber (Kraig) Todd of West Lafayette, and Cody (Becca) Weese of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Chaten Gallagher, Caden Gallagher, DiAnna Gallagher, Shawn Beckelhimer, Kolton Beckelhimer, Brooklyn Beckelhimer, Braxton Beckelhimer, Paisley Todd, Arianna Weese, Vinson Weese, and Brantlee Weese, Raynie Starkey, Tamara Ulrich, and Huxley Bachman; siblings, Clara B. Jacobs, Norma J. (James) Greenwood, Rosa L. Davis, Tina J. Weese, William K. Weese, and Tara D. Brinkley; and many nieces, nephews, and "adopted" family members.

      In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, George S. Weese & Andrew J. Weese; and a sister, Virginia L. Rusk.

      Funeral services will be held 5:00 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025 at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, with Pastors Steve Young & Mark Granger officiating. Visitation is from 3:00 p.m. until service time. FischerFuneralHome.com
