Danville - Delroyce Mahaffey Frazier, 74, died Sunday October 28, 2012 at his residence.
He was born April 6, 1938 in Fredericktown to Lloyd E. and Louise M. (Edwards) Frazier. On August 13, 1960, he married Evelyn Payne. He loved hunting, fishing,farming, and raising horses. He was a member of the OQHA, AQHA, and NRHA, and also the Danville Athletic Boosters.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Evelyn, daughters, Darlene (Jim) Butts, Gale (Rick) Morton, and a son, Darryl (Vicky) Frazier all of Danville, grandchildren, Darcy (Jamie) Gronberg, Erica (Dustin) Bartok, Nicholas Morton, Nathan Morton, Amanda Mizer, and Kenny Mizer all of Danville, great grandchildren, Ryan Morton, Grace Gronberg, Owen Gronberg, Ruby Bartok, and Sylus Mizer, brothers, James (Carmen) and Robert (Shirly)Frazier both of Fredericktown, a sister, Joann (Robert) Rock of Tennessee, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday October 31 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Stan Ratliff will be officiating. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery in Danville. Calling hours will be from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday.
