Donald Gates

Warsaw – Donald Leroy Gates, 75, passed away December 1, 2020 at Bowerston Hills Nursing and Rehab.

He was born in Dennison on April 12, 1945. He was the adopted son of Herbert E. and Ruth (Johns) Gates. They preceded him in death along with his wife, Patricia Jane (Kiser) Gates. He was a member of the New Beginnings Church of God, and previously worked at Pretty Products in Coshocton. He enjoyed reading and studying the Bible, and collecting candles and candle holders.

He is survived by his sister, Margie L. (Lawrence) Nicolai of Humble, TX.

Per his wishes, there will be no services held for Donald. He suggested that memorial donations be made to the New Beginnings Church, 331 Church St. Warsaw, OH 43844. The Fischer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
