Warsaw- Dorothy Ellen Sturgeon, 65, of 21626 TR 80, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at her residence.
She was born March 25, 1943 in Pleasantville to the late John Raymond and Martha (Mitchell) Stump. She married David L. Sturgeon on May 7, 1961, whom survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, David E. Sturgeon of Baltimore, OH, two daughters; Virginia (John) Oldaker of Warsaw, and Donna Johnson of Buckeye Lake, 7 grandsons, 1 great-granddaughter, and two sisters; Mattie Mae Wadkins of Laurelville, and Patricia (Darryl) Moore of Pleasantville.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Drumm, step-father, Fred Drumm, father, John Stump, 3 brothers; Freddy, Karl, and Jimmy Stump, and two sisters; Judy and Suzie Drumm.
There are no calling hours. A private family service will be held at the home on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2008. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements.
