COSHOCTON- Edgars Eizensmits, 89, of Windsorwood Place, died Monday May 21, 2012 at his residence.
He was born Dec. 12, 1922 in Aluknse, Latvia. He married Margot R. (Jaus) Eizensmits, who preceded him in death on April 28, 2008. He immigrated to the United States on July 25, 1952, and was a former employee of Columbus & Southern (AEP).
He is survived by four sons; Arnold (Vicki) Eizensmits of Grapevine, TX, Bert Eizensmits of Warsaw, Clyde Eizensmits of Marion, and Davis (Reina) Eizensmits of Warsaw, four grandsons, Brian, Mike, Steve, and Matt Eizensmits, two granddaughters; Lyndsie Eizensmits and and Kristen (Chris)Schueneman , and three great-grandchildren; Garrett & Lauren Eizensmits, and Kaelee Schueneman.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by several siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Ben McKinstry officiating. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Visitation is two hours prior to service time at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
