Coshocton- Ethel Pauline Wright, 95, a resident of the Coshocton Co. Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008.
She was born July 27, 1912 to Calvin and Meta (Randles) Dickerson. She married Gilford Huffman in Oct. 1928, whom died in 1936. She later married Ralph Wright in Jan. 1939, whom died in 1959. She worked 14 years at the Indianapolis Glove Factory, and 14 years at Robson's Restaurant. She attended the Christian Apostolic Church in Coshocton. She also enjoyed bird-watching.
She is survived by a son, Everette (Barb) Huffman, Sr. of Zanesville, a daughter, Mary (Wayne Sr.) Plants of Newcomerstown, a granddaughter, Mary Ann (Larry) Mounts of Fresno, numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Virginia Veatch, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husbands, she is also preceded in death by her parents, two sons; Glenn Huffman and Jackie Wright, a daughter, Myrtle Morrison, two sisters; Edith Untied and Bessie Wright, a grandson, John Plants, and two great-grandchildren; J.R. Nickels and Ryan Huffman.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Chris Gimpel officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery.
