Etta Brown

Danville – Etta Brown, 94, passed away Tuesday April 1, 2014 at the Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg.

She was born July 19, 1919 in Crestline to the late John and Eva Hazel (Kurry) Hadamuscin. On September 2, 1938, she was married to Charles Edward Brown., who preceded her in death after 55 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by a son, Avery Brown, sisters; Florence McEachern, Frances Jackson, and Minerva Welch.

Etta loved fishing, mushroom hunting, berry picking, traveling, and her grandkids.

She is survived by her daughters; Priscilla Arnholt, and Sylvia Hambleon, sons; Jerry (Alice) Brown, Carles (Bev) Brown, Nilo (Jane) Brown, and Evan (Carolyn) Brown, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and brother John Hadamuscin.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday April 5, 2014 in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Don Hosier will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10-11:00 Saturday morning at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville.
