PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - Glenn Lavern Fry, Jr., 63, of Port Charlotte and formerly of Coshocton died
Aug. 1, 2010 in Port Charlotte.
He was born May 9, 1947 in Coshocton to the late Glenn Lavern and Grace Leora (Hagans) Fry, Sr.
He was a journeyman having formerly worked at Stone Container in Coshocton. He was a U.S. Navy
veteran serving from 1965-1969 during the Vietnam War. He was a 1965 graduate of Coshocton High
School. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and enjoyed woodworking, gardening, fishing, and
hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Dreena Fry of Port Charlotte, FL. A daughter, Tabitha
(Tony) Ashcraft of Coshocton. A son, Chris (Paula) Fry of Conesville. Grandchildren,
Chase, Madison, & Cameron Ashcraft of Coshocton. Ethan & Brandan Fry of
Conesville. Two brothers, Gary Fry of Texas and Greg Fry of Virginia.
Graveside services will be held Friday, Aug. 6, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at South Lawn
Cemetery in Coshocton with Pastor Jan Coffman officiating. Graveside military services
will be conducted by the Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling the arrangements.
