CELINA- Glenn Junior Reed, 81, of St. Anthony Rd., formerly of Coshocton, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012 at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born Aug. 16, 1930 in Killbuck to the late Glenn and Blanche (Reiss) Reed. He married Sandra K. Reed on Oct. 17, 1994, who preceded him in death on Dec. 23, 2006. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and he enjoyed truck driving, flying, motorcycling, and traveling.
He is survived by four sons; Terry Reed of Millersburg, Jim (Osa) Reed of Saudi Arabia, Anthony Reed of Mountain Home, AK, and Timothy (Lori) Reed of Murrieta, CA, three daughters; Ricki (Logan) Mast of Millersburg, Jill Miller (Dennis Ray) of Orrville, and Jacquie Fry of Albuquerque, NM, a brother, Paul (Ruth) Reed of Warsaw, a sister-in-law, Phyllis Reed of Killbuck, his companion, Peg Klefeker of Coshocton, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Reed.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with family friend John Williams officiating. Burial of cremated remains will follow in Blissfield Cemetery, with graveside military rites performed by the Coshocton Co. Joint Veterans Council.
