HOWARD - Gloria Jean "GiGi" Ackerman, 64, of Coshocton Road died Dec. 5, 2010 at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1946 in Mount Vernon to Edwin C. and Burdetta (Lepley) Drake.
She was a 1964 graduate of East Knox High School.
Surviving is her mother, Burdetta Drake of Howard, a special cousin, Melanie (Dennis) Addair and several more cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father and her son, Brian K. Ackerman.
There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Workman Cemetery in Danville with Pastor Lee Cubie officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Howard United Methodist Church 23212 Coshocton Rd. Howard, OH 43028 or the charity of the donor's choice.
