Howard - Helen Maxine Littleton, 85, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the Knox Community Hospital.
She was born in Delaware County on October 16, 1928 to Bennie Walker and Iris E. Andrews. She married M. Delmar Littleton July 26, 1947. He preceded her in death on April 14, 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her son, James A. Littleton, a grandson, Clay Littleton, and her step father, James C. Flack.
Surviving is a son, Richard (Vickie) Littleton of Howard, grandchildren; Shane (Jill) Littleton of Mount Vernon, Jeremy (Laurie) Littleton of Sumter, SC, Melissa (Ian) West of Johnstown, Andrew (Ashley) Littleton of Savannah, GA, and Jonathon (Sarah) Littleton of Mt. Gilead, and 14 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 16 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Pastor Ken Springer and Jack Griffith will officiate. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, and prior to the service Saturday.
