MILLERSBURG - Inez Maxine Lowe, 86, of TR 21 died June 19, 2011 at the Joel Pomerene Memorial Hospital in Millersburg.
She was born Dec. 12, 1924 in Blissfield to the late Ernest and Cora Hollis (Williamson) Davis.
Inez was a 1942 graduate of Warsaw High School. A member of the Clark Township Baptist Church and had a strong faith in the Lord. She helped at Bible School when she could. She was a 4-H leader in Blissfield. She loved raising Jersey cattle. She also loved dogs, flowers, bird watching, reading (especially the Bible), embroidery, her family, and grandkids.
She is survived by her husband, John L. Lowe, who she married Jan. 15, 1949. Also surviving are two sons, Rodney Lowe of Clark and James (Onita) Lowe of Millersburg. Six daughters, Sandra McCracken and Karen Bowles of Clark, Barbara (Kenneth) DeWitt, Christine (Ernest) Sheldon, and Rita Lowe (Brenton Wise) all of Millersburg. Linda (Timothy) Guthrie of Warsaw. 19 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Allen L. Lowe, two sons-in-law, James McCracken & Dean Bowles, a daughter-in-law, Deborah Lowe, a great grandchild, Courtney Ellis, and a brother, Myron E. Davis.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Randy Gardiner officiating. Burial will be in the Blissfield Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
