Centerburg - James Arnold Colopy, 87, died Thursday August 5, 2010 at Centerburg Pointe.
He was born October 18, 1922 in Knox County to the late Selora (Arnold) and Germonus Stanton Colopy. He was a former Danville area resident and a member of the St. Luke Catholic Church in Danville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters; Rosemary, Edith, Emma, Mildred, and Joan, and brothers; Jerry, John, and Earl.
He is survived by brothers; Carl of Columbus, and Leo Colopy of Zanesville.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday August 13 at St. Luke Cemetery in Danville. The Rev. F. Richard Snoke will officiate.
Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor's choice. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling arrangements.
