West Lafayette – Jack E. Weller, 64, died Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.
He was born in Warsaw on January 19, 1953 to the late Edward F. and Wanda M. (Adams) Weller. He was a member of the Shepherd’s Christian Assembly in Coshocton, was a Steelers fan, and loved car shows and spending time with his family and friends.
Jack is survived by his wife, Carolyn (West) Weller of West Lafayette, sons; Brent (Mindy) Weller of Cambridge, and Bryon Weller of Cullman, AL, a daughter, Stephanie (Daniel) Corwin of Coshocton, step-sons; David Bloom of Cambridge, and Elvis Bloom of Hill Dale, MI, sisters; Judy Hunt, and Diana (Jamie) Hughes of Coshocton, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at the Shepherd’s Christian Assembly Church, 311 Main St. Coshocton, at 1:00 pm Saturday, May 27. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is assisting with arrangements. fischerfuneralhome.com
