Coshocton - Jacki R. Carroll, 40, passed away at home on Saturday, February 20th, 2016.
Jacki was born in Coshocton, Ohio on May 6th, 1975 to Michael Carroll and the late Debra (Hittle) Carroll. She attended River View High School.
She is survived by sons; Kevin Dean and Austin (Ashley) Ross of Coshocton, and Ethan Alverson of Millersburg. A granddaughter, Fayth Ross of Coshocton, whom she adored. Her father, Michael Carroll (Patricia Layland). Sisters; Jodi Carroll (Sam Fortune) and Micki Carroll (Bill Hunt) of Coshocton. Step brothers; Dusty Foster (Jandi Young) and Patrick Winegar of Warsaw. A niece, Josie Hamilton, nephews; Zachary Carroll, Chandler and Corbin Fitch all of Coshocton, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Debra Carroll on June 9, 1993, and her grandparents; Harry and Mary Hittle, and Forbes and Dolly Carroll.
