CANAL LEWISVILLE - Jacquie Erman, 76, of Riverscrest Drive died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 in the emergency room of Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 4, 1934 in Coshocton to the late Thomas and Ruth (Sarbaugh) Darner.
She was employed for 17 years as the secretary at the Pleasant Valley Elementary School and then was the secretary for the office of the Athletic Director at River View High School. She was a 1952 graduate of Conesville High School. She was a member of the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church, the Coshocton Town & Country Garden, the Pink Ladies at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital, and a former Mary Kay Consultant for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Richard E. Erman, who she married Aug. 22, 1953. Also surviving is a son, Kevin (Patti) Erman of West Lafayette. A daughter-in-law, Jenny Erman of Rockdale, TX. Four grandchildren, Matthew Erman of Fresno, Kenzie Erman of West Lafayette, & Nick & John Paul Erman of Rockdale, TX. Two sisters, Joanne (Ron) Larr and Janice (Lloyd) Wells of Coshocton. Two brothers, Tom (Michelle) Darner of Fresno and Jim (Orletta) Darner of Conesville.
She was preceded in death by a son, Craig Erman.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011 at the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. James Macdonald officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jacquie's name to the Memorial Fund of the Canal Lewisville United Methodist Church 198 E Church St. Coshocton, OH 43812
