Howard - James A. Boyles, 75, died Saturday July 7, 2012 at his residence.
He was born July 3, 1937 in Columbus. He served in the U.S. Army from 1956-1962.
He is survived by his wife, Theodoshia "Tessie" Boyles, who he married January 28, 1960, his sons, James (Laura) and Joseph Boyles, his daughter, Penny Schwendeman, his grandchildren, Jimmy, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Emma, and Olivia Boyles, and Kelly and Mellisa Schwendeman, sisters, Caroline, Margaret, Lucille (Ralph), and Phyllis, a brother, Thomas (Marlena), sisters-in-law, Jackie and Connie, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his fathers, Malcom and Homer, his mother, Philomena, sisters, Mary and Ruth, brothers, Joseph, Homer (Wanda), and Richard, and brothers-in-law, Joe, Curly, Ronnell Sr., and Mark.
The family would like to thank the Dialysis Center, and the Veterans Administration, and special thanks to Kelly and Erin.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday July 13, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will follow in New Castle Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday. Information is available at www.fischerfuneralhome.com
