Howard - James "Jim" A. Littleton, 61, died Wednesday January 20, 2010 at his residence.
He was born June 2, 1948 in Mansfield to Helen M. (Walker) and M. Delmar Littleton. He was a member of the Richland County Mounted Deputies, the NRA, the Cooking Club of America, the Texas Longhorn Association, the Ohio River Valley Texas Longhorn Association, the Texas Longhorn Marketing Alliance, the Ohio Farm Bureau, the Ohio Cattleman's Association, and was a lifetime member of the North American Fishing Club.
He is survived by his wife; Sandy Littleton of Howard, his parents; Delmar and Helen Littleton of Howard, his brother; Richard (Vicki) Littleton of Howard, sons; Shane K. (Jill), Andrew (Ashley), and Jonathon (Sarah) Littleton, a step-son; Jerad VanRhoden, his mother-in-law; Mary Schisler, and his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday January 25, 2010 in the Workman Cemetery in Danville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Knox Community Hospital Palliative Care Unit; 1330 Coshocton Rd., Mount Vernon, OH 43050. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling arrangements.
