Jeffrey A. Piar

DANVILLE- Jeffrey A. Piar, 49, died Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Jeff was born in Mount Vernon to Bob and Nancy (Griffith) Piar on June 5, 1973. He was a 1991 graduate of Danville High School and was a member of the Moose Lodge 2555, and a lifetime member of the AMVETS Post 95 and VFW Post 4027 in Mt. Vernon.

He is survived by his parents, Bob and Nancy of Danville; his brother, Jim (Terri) Piar of Howard; his sister, Carol Piar (Steve Colopy) of Danville; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Kevin) McDowell, Shawn Piar, Brittnie Piar, Kyle (Bessie) Cline, Kreig (Jennifer) Cline, and Cody (Katie) Edmundson; 10 great nieces and nephews; and aunts, Linda Mills (Gene Cockrell) of Bellville, Martha (Leonard) Neighbarger of Glenmont, and Margaret Piar of Danville.

A celebration of Jeff's life will take place at a later time.
