WEST LAFAYETTE- Jensen Levi Henry, premature son of Bradley & Maria (Morehart) Henry, died Monday June 3, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers; Javen McCurdy, and David & Damion Dunigan, all of the home, maternal grandparents; Tina Lowe of Coshocton, and Glenn (Lisa) Morehart of Circleville, paternal grandmother, Rebecca Henry of Dresden, aunts & uncles; Anne Morehart, Cassie Holmes, Matt & Zach Holmes, and Amy Dilly, all of Coshocton, and several cousins.
He is preceded in death by his cousins, Trayton & Maddison Webb.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday June 14, 2013 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating. Burial will follow in Fairfield Cemetery.
