Jerald L. Cunningham, Sr.
Howard - Jerald L. Cunningham, Sr., 73, of Hazel-Dell Rd., died Wednesday June 11, 2008 at his residence.
He was born December 14, 1934 in Athens to Rye and Lena (Watkins) Cunningham. On April 23, 1955, he was married to Milagros Saldana. He was aveteran of the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the American Legion Post # 650.
He is survived by his wife, sons; Jerry (Laura) Cunningham of Danville, and Terry (Frinice) Cunningham of Greenback, TN, daughters; Dianne (Bret) Bennett of Danville, and Debbie (Keith) White of Gambier, 11 grandchildren; Autumn (Josh) Moore, Lindsay (Jason) Sanders, Matthew White, Bryan Cunningham, Jason White, Teneil Cunningham, Amy Cunningham, Taylor Bennett, Tori Cunningham, Ryely Bennett, and Lauren White, 2 great grandchildren; Kylee and Carson Moore, a brother; Paul Cunningham, and 2 sisters; Norma Grubb and Judy Matheny.
He was preceded in death by siblings; John, Eileen, Cleo, and Bud.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday June 14, 2008, at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Pastor Jamie Gump will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions can be Hospice of Knox County; 17700 Coshocton Rd., Mount Vernon, OH, 43050.
