Mount Vernon - Joann L. Pattison, 77, a resident of Country Club and formerly of Danville, died Wednesday May 10, 2012 at the Knox Community Hospital.
She was born June 27, 1924 in Brandon to Frederick William and Nancy (Winland) Emlich.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John Pattison in August of 1993, a sister; Darlene, and a brother; Gerald.
Surviving are her son; Steve (Cathy) Pattison of Utica, a brother; Dr. William (Norma) Emlich of Centerburg, grandchildren; Tim and Mike Pattison of Brooklyn, NY, Trisha Pattison of Utica, John (Sherry) Pattison, Jeff (Heather) Pattison, and Heather (Scott) Brown all of Zanesville, a step-son; John (Connie) Pattison of Zanesville,and many other family members.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday May 14, 2012 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. The Rev. F. Richard Snoke will officiate. Interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
