NELLIE- JoEllen (Tice) Collins, 63, of 2nd St., passed from this life in Conroe, TX the afternoon of June 4, 2013, after a decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life.
She was born Nov. 25, 1949 in Warsaw to the late Robert Joseph and Elma May (Eagleston) Tice, but has been a Texan off and on since 1985. She was a member of the Coshocton Co. Board of Realtors, the Ohio Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, and an employee of Carol Goff & Associates Real Estate Agency.
She married Jerry Allen Collins, who survives. She is also survived by three children; Lisa (Mike) Gabehart, Scott (Jennifer) Collins, and Troy (Christia) Collins, nine grandchildren; Christilee & Kerri Gabehart, Johnny, Bruce, Jacy, Leya, Nekayle, Brie, and Will Collins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a cousin, Linda Carpenter.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Bethel Cemetery near Warsaw, with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Visitation is from 10:00-10:45 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
