HOWARD- John J.A. Miller, 55, of 26360 New Castle Rd., died Monday, November 15, 2010 at his residence after a battle with cancer.
He was born Oct. 16, 1955 in Wayne Co. to John A. and Mary L. (Hershberger) Miller. He was a member of the Old Order Amish. On Feb. 12, 1981, he married Cevilla A. Hershberger, who survives.
He is also survived by his eleven children; Lovina (Monroe) Mast of Walhonding, Levi (Anna) Miller of Gambier, and Mary, Sarah, Lizzie, Andy, Rueben, Jacob, Barbara, Harvey, and Henry Miller, all of the home, two grandchildren, seven brothers, and three sisters.
He is preceded in death by a son, Dennis Miller, an infant brother, and his father-in-law, Andy E. Hershberger.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010 at the Miller residence, 26360 New Castle Rd., with Bishop Andy Swartzentruber officiating. Burial will follow at the Hershberger Cemetery on Lepley Rd. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is assisting the family.
