Warsaw- John Fredrick Oldaker, 43, of 21626 TR 80 died Thursday November 20, 2008 at his residence.
He was born Sept. 2, 1965 in Columbus. He was a truck driver, who loved the open road and lived and breathed to drive. Wherever John went, his sidekick Seth was always there. He also loved his dog, Baxter.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Oldaker of Warsaw, sons; Seth Sturgeon, Brian Sturgeon, Jesse (Jamie) Sturgeon, John R. Oldaker, daughter, Cassie Oldaker, sister Patty (Bob) Moran, aunt, Joann Blair and her granddaughters, sister-in-law Donna (Bill Nethers) Johnson, nephew, Jeremy Johnson, father-in-law, Dave Sturgeon, brother-in-law, David Sturgeon, and three very special granddaughters; Autumn, Kara Devinney, and Angel Sturgeon, also his mother Georgie Oldaker and brother Jim (Dena) Oldaker.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Ernie Oldaker, daughter, Shay Oldaker, and mother-in-law, Dorothy Sturgeon.
At John's request, there will be no funeral service. There will be a Celebration of Life service held at the home on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements.
