June M. Morris

Danville – June M. Morris, 90, passed away on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at Mt. Vernon Health and Rehabilitation.

Born on June 29, 1930, she was one of seven children of Madge and Isaac Luther Clark. She was a member of the Danville Church of Christ, and loved spending her time playing cards and bowling.

June was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Mabel, Virgil, Dorothy, and Robert, her son, Jim, and her husband, Raymond.

Surviving are her children, Sharon (Richard) Hyatt, Dan (Pam) Morris, Ed (Tracy) Morris, and Raymond (Rosemary Helmick) Morris, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and her sisters, Luella Bertsch, and Mary Elliott.  Her sister-in-law, Evelyn Boubary.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, in the Workman Cemetery in Danville. Stan Ratliff will officiate. A sound system will be in place to allow for extra spacing. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is assisting the family.
