Karol F. Klusty

COSHOCTON- Karol Ferdinand Klusty, 88, died December 17, 2024, after a short illness in Coshocton, OH. He was born April 26, 1936, in Wadsworth, OH the son of the late William and Lorna (Wilson) Klusty.

Karol attended Sharon Center High School and eventually became a machinist fabricating machines from drawings. He married Jeannette Lucille (Acker) Klusty on April 8, 1957. She preceded him in death on Oct. 23, 2021. They attended Gospel Hill Ministries where Karol has been a board member for over 20 years and they both enjoyed being a part of the ‘Lightkeepers”. Karol was proud of his role in the construction of the “lighthouse” at Gospel Hill Ministries.

In addition to his wife, Jeannette, and his parents, Karol was preceded in death by six brothers, William, Thomas, Theodore, Daniel, David and Jerald.

He is survived by three sisters, Barbara (Bob) Johnson, Marjorie (Lance) Newman, and Lorna (Kevin) Scanlon; four brothers, Ronnie (Diane) Klusty, Frederick (Marcia) Klusty, Robert (Julie) Klusty, and Louis (Kim) Klusty; three sons, Leonard (Dawn) Klusty, Dennis (Beth) Klusty, and Kenneth (Pam) Klusty; a daughter, Carol Jean (Brian) Williard; grandchildren, Emily, Amy, Kimberly, Ryan, Amber, Kaleb, and Charee; and his many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, 2024 at Gospel Hill Ministry, 27610 TR 45 Warsaw, OH 43844, with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. A live stream for those unable to attend will become available at service time on this page. Visitation is from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements.
