COSHOCTON- Keith Edward Stiteler, 62, of N. 8th St., died Monday November 14, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He was born Dec. 16, 1948 in Coshocton to the late Betty Jean Stiteler. He married Linda S. (Cox) Stiteler on April 11, 1989, who preceded him in death on Nov. 6, 2007. He was a 1967 graduate of Ridgewood High School, and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Army from 1966-1969. He was the former owner & operator of Stiteler Construction, being well known as a very talented contractor. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #175, Valley Cambridge Scottish Rite, the Coshocton Sportsmen's Club, the Shriner's, and a life-member of the Coshocton AmVets. He enjoyed wood-working, and he very much loved his dogs, "Spike", "Monk" and "Junior".
He is survived by two sons; Keith Shane (Tracy) Stiteler of Fresno, and Brian (Kristy) Stiteler of Coshocton, three daughters; Rebecca Stiteler of Cincinnati, Adorn Frazee of Coshocton, and Tammy Parks of West Lafayette, eight grandchildren; Ryan, Donald, and Gavin Stiteler, Cassy Wright, Troy Frazee, Ty & Cody Parks, and Gracie Bradford, two sisters; Margie Bradford of Warsaw, and Faith (Howard) Young of Fresno, one brother, George Stiteler of West Lafayette, one uncle, Mike (Barb) Stiteler of Coshocton, several nieces & nephews, and friends, and his companion, Gloria "Jean" Cherry of Coshocton.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 at Keene Cemetery with graveside military rites conducted by the Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
