Linda S. (Fowler) Sheldon

DANVILLE – Linda Sue Sheldon, 71, of Danville died Sunday, June 9, 2024 at her residence.

She was born September 5, 1952 in Mount Vernon to the late Oran and Thelma (Kaylor) Fowler.

Linda was a Licensed Practical Nurse at the State Hospital in Mount Vernon and a member of the Brinkhaven Church of Christ. She loved her family and to bake and make bread.

She is survived by her husband, Lyman Sheldon. Her children, Nathan (Lindsey) Sheldon and Cassie (Brian) Smith all of Danville. Her grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayley, & Tanner Sheldon and Asa Smith.

Linda's funeral service will be held Friday, June 14, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville with Geroge Grennell and Richard Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Workman Cemetery at Danville. Visitation is Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
