HOWARD- Lizzie Hershberger, 59, of 7174 McLarnan Rd., died Monday, Sept. 7, 2015 at her home after a short battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 16, 1955 in Wooster to the late Daniel C. and Katie (Petersheim) Yoder. On Dec. 7, 1987, she married Pater H. Hershberger, who survives. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She is survived by a daughter, Iva (Peter) Swartzentruber of Long Prairie, MN, and seven sons; John (Emma) Hershberger of Gambier, Rudy, Harvey, Dannie, Aaron, Peter Jr., and Ammon Hershberger of the home, and four grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; John and Christ Yoder.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015 at the Hershberger residence, 7174 McLarnan Rd, Howard, OH 43028, with Bishop Andy P. Swartzentruber officiating. Burial will follow in Hershberger Cemetery on Lepley Rd. Friends may call at the home any time prior to the funeral service on Thursday.
