Lorna O. Patton

       MOUNT VERNON- Lorna O. Patton, formally of Howard, Ohio passed away on September 28, 2026. Lorna was born on April 6, 1935.

       Lorna is preceded in death by her husband, David B. Patton; and a daughter, Diana (Valentino) Coleman.

       Lorna is survived by a son in-law, James Coleman; her grandchildren, James Coleman and wife Lisa, Laura Coleman, and Kathleen (Coleman) Allen and husband Charles; and her son, Patrick Valentino.

       Lorna and David valued their family and friends. They cherished life in Apple Valley and participating in holiday programs with the Apple Valley Singers. Lorna loved to garden and plant flowers at her home and in the community. She was passionate about her faith and the prayer cards of the departed were her treasures.

       A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday October 9, 2026 at Saint Luke Catholic Church, 307 N. Market St. Danville, Ohio 43014. Burial will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
