Walhonding- Luella Jane Lonsinger, 47, 0f 29117 SR 206, died Thursday, January 29, 2009 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Extended Care Facility.
She was born July 20, 1961 in Zanesville to the late Hillis and Florence (Foraker) Skaggs. She married Rick Lonsinger on June 24, 1995, whom survives. She was a basket weaver at the Longaberger Co. for 26 years. She was a Co-Leader of Girl Scout Troop #60455, and volunteered at Warsaw Elementary. She was a member of the Tiverton Alumni and Dutch Run Trinity United Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, Rick Lonsinger of Walhonding, she is survived by her children; Andrew & Alicia Lonsinger of the home, a sister, Laura (Tim) Boggs of Newark, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Jeannette Lonsinger of Walhonding, and the special care provided by her primary care physician, Dr. Mary Beth Hall and staff of Granville, and her oncologist, Dr. Leslie Laufman and staff of Columbus. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, 2009 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Wayne P. Harman officiating. Burial will follow at Tiverton Cemetery. Calling hours are from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
