COSHOCTON- Marie Lucille Kaser, 94, a resident of the Coshocton Health & Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of TR 33 Warsaw, passed away Wednesday Dec. 15, 2010 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 9, 1916 near Frazeysburg to the late Lloyd and Zura (Noland) Wantland. On Feb. 16, 1932 she married her husband of 70 years, Klines Kaser, who preceded her in death on March 22, 2006. She was a 1934 graduate of Warsaw High School, and a member of the Warsaw United Methodist Church and the Combined Homemakers Club of Warsaw. She retired from the Sycks Brothers Deli, and was a homemaker. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Jack N. (Judy) Kaser of Warsaw, her daughter, Reva Jane (Robert) Borden of Coshocton, a daughter-in-law, Mary Kaser of Geneva, eight grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, one great-great-granddaughter, as well as an expected great-great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews, and a sister-in-law, Jane Wantland of Mt. Vernon.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Andy Joe Kaser, a granddaughter, Patricia Kay Kaser, a grandson, Rick Borden, a brother, Everett Wantland, a sister, Lena Parks, and a brother-in-law, Don W. Parks.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Rev. Everett Stoddard officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, TR 346 near Warsaw. Calling hours are from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17th, and one hour prior to service time on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
