COSHOCTON- Mary Opal Anderson, 98, a resident of Autumn Healthcare of Coshocton, died Saturday Sept. 1, 2012 at the care center.
She was born Oct. 14, 1913 in Coshocton to the late James E. and Dollie Mae (Aronhalt) Duling. She married Ernest W. Anderson on Nov. 28, 1943, who preceded her in death on Oct. 1, 1997. She was a graduate of Coshocton High School, and a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Coshocton.
She is survived by her son, Victor J. (daughter-in-law Carol Amato) Anderson of Norwalk, and a grandson, Justin James Anderson of Denver, CO.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers; Dean, Reo, and Edmund Duling, and two sisters; Irma Kimberly and Norma Eaton.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday Sept. 7, 2012 at South Lawn Cemetery in Coshocton. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
