Mary E. Byler

Danville, OH – Mary E. Byler, 77, died at home on Saturday October 15, 2022.

She was born in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania on September 6, 1945. She was the daughter of Emanuel V. and Mattie J. (Davis) Byler, who preceded her in death along with a grandson and a granddaughter. She married David J. Byler on February 11, 1965. Mary was a member of the Old Order Amish.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, David, her 6 children; Jonathan (Lovina) Byler, Valentine (Katie) Byler, Urie (Sarah) Byler, Emanuel (Mary) Byler, Andy (Katie) Byler, and Elizabeth (Eli) Hershberger all of Danville, 44 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren.

The funeral will take place at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday October 18 at the residence, 29820 Arnholt Rd.  Danville, 43014. Bishop Jonas A. Hershberger will officiate. Burial will follow in Mast Cemetery on Black Rd. Friends and family may call anytime. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is assisting with arrangements.
