HOWARD- Mary Finta, 95, of North Ridge Heights Dr., died Monday, March 10, 2014 at her residence.
She was born Jan. 13, 1919 in Continental to the late Kalman and Esther (Farmosi) Boldizar. She married Andrew Finta on Aug. 12, 1939, who preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 2013. She was an employee of Federal Glass for 35 years. She was a member of the William Penn Association and St. Luke Catholic Church in Danville.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Beth (John) Wolf of Howard, three granddaughters; Renee (Don) McDaniel of Howard, Jennifer (Pete) Dennis of Logan, and Wendy (Shawn) Jones of Columbus, great grandchildren; Drake & Kiera Jones of Columbus, Mitchell & Matthew McDaniel of Howard, and Corbin & Maidie Dennis of Logan, a nieces and two nephews; Liz (Rich) Crossman of Reynoldsburg, Gene (Marianne) Marczika of Grove City, and Marty Ehrenberg of New Albany.
A funeral mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014 at St. Luke Catholic Church, 307 Market St. Danville, OH 43014, with Father Victor Wesolowski officiating. Burial will follow in St. Luke Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to service time at the church. The Fischer Funeral Home in Danville is handling arrangements. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
