COSHOCTON- Mary Anne Kinneer, 80, of CR 58, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family, and rejoined her family that passed before her to be at the side of our Lord, on Saturday Dec. 22, 2012.
She was born May 16, 1932 in Coshocton Co. to the late David O. and Francis R. (Snyder) Croy. She was a secretary for Conesville Elementary School for 26 years, assisting in raising half of the children of Coshocton County. She also worked for Wells Greenhouse and Cantwell Creek Garden Center. She loved flowers, cooking, and Sunday dinners. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and V.F.W. Post #2040.
She is survived by three daughters; Tonya (Butch) Sammons of Coshocton, Lori (Glen) Dobins of Roseville, and Janna Kinneer (Dick Jones) of Coshocton, a son, Joseph Kinneer of Coshocton, eight grandchildren; Colt & Shannon Sammons, Brandy (Gary) Broadwater, Sara Lauvray, Kate Arnett, Shane & Jeremiah Edie, and Josie Kinneer, five great-grandchildren, five sisters; Betty (Carl) McCullough of Utica, Jeannette (Gary) Border of Dresden, Carol (Robert) Yochum of Granville, Sandy (David) Adkins of Alabama, and Marilyn Brown of Granville, fourteen nieces & nephews, many great nieces and great nephews, and special friends Jeff Henderson, Mary Ellen Ball, Andy (Susan) Duda, Ann Fisher, and John Ellis.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Rick Kinneer, two grandchildren, and a sister, Patsy (Milton) Fry.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday Dec. 28, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton with Father William Hristko officiating. Cremation will take place following the mass. Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw.
