WEST LAFAYETTE- Mary Lou (Rahn) Kent Reigle, 71, of 307 E. 7th St., went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born May 5, 1939 in Coshocton Co. to the late Amandus and Rebecca Lucille (Snader) Rahn. She married Donnis P. Kent on Sept. 3, 1955, who preceded her in death on Dec. 8, 1989. She later married James Reigle on Nov. 9, 1996, who survives. She retired as a clerk for Buehler's Foods. She was a life-member of Dutch Run Trinity United Church of Christ, a member of the Coshocton Co. Genealogical Society, and was inducted into the Warsaw Lions Club Minstrel Show Hall of Fame, as she was well known for her love to sing and entertain. She was a winter resident of Eagle Bay Roost in Okeechobee, FL, and she enjoyed quilting and various needleworks.
She is survived by her husband, James Reigle of West Lafayette, a daughter, Colleen (Danny) Frazee of Walhonding, three sons; Ed (Diane) Kent and Ric (Leisa) Kent of Warsaw, and Larry (Michelle) Kent of New Concord, ten grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, a step-son, Jim Reigle of Columbus, a step-daughter, Vicki (Rick) Sweet of Florence, KY, a sister, Joyce (Roscoe) Frazee of Mt. Vernon, and two brothers; Bill (Anna) Rahn of Walhonding, and Gary (Gwen) Rahn of Warsaw.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Rev. Wayne Harman officiating. Burial will follow in Tiverton Cemetery. Calling hours are from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday and prior to service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
